The Wren Boys, ( and girls) both young and not so young enjoyed a brilliant St Stephens day travelling from house to house on the Island with music, song, craic and seasonal hospitality . Fair play to the younger members and the many joyful renditions of ‘Trup Trup a Chaipillín’ with due regard to the continuing stamina of the older ones. As usual it was all in a good cause and with the many generous contributions over €300 was collected which was rounded up to €400 and has been forwarded to the SVP. A receipt will be posted in An Siopa Beag when it arrives. Meanwhile, go raibh maith agaibh go léir.
